"algorithms" stuff gets recommended in mass to certain user groups and other algorithms of other web pages likely sort you to the same groups. Ive radically different search and usage behaviors among different browsers and it sorts me into different groups and recomends me different things. Algorithms really made the trend and current story thing a huge thing.

A better reason to believe the Internet is a hoax is look at LLMs and how many junk pages ecist hosting the same soulless content that looks ai generated.
