Bikepacking Scandinavia: Along the Coast

A 2000 km bikepacking ride along the coast from the southernmost point of Sweden to the westernmost point of mainland Norway. Most days were perfect - the simple pleasure of riding through the beautiful landscape but some days were wet, lonely, and slow. those were the days where I questioned why I did this.

Hi! Could you please share your Bikepacling setup? I am planning a austria-finland-northcape, If possible I wouldn't really want to have panniers, as I am afraid they would slow me down too much, some mountain passes in norway are going to be quite steep! On the other hand I consider Adding a few rest days for fishing, foraging, relaxing etc.

As I figured out there should be a small town or village for grocery shopping every 100-200 kilometers, but some days I might have to pack food for 6-7 days before the next place to fill up.... panniers or bikepacking setup?

I'm planning to do the same trip this august. Do you have a gps log of the route?
And what where your considerations regarding your choice of tyres? I have a maximum tyre clearance of 28 mm on my bike, do you have any tyre suggestions for the trip?
