Hellooo, I have a problem with my LG Velvet, it happens when with some games I get out for a moment, for example to answer a message, or watching an ad from the very game, when I get in the game again or the ad finished, the game it's totally mute. I know it's not a failure of the game because it already happened with three different games. Another prove is that when I use a game, it has it's own volume bar; when that problem happens with the game, the volume bar of it disappears. Thanks in advance and I hope there is a solution, because it totally ruins the gaming experience and the good opinion I had of the mobile!
