Middle school is much harder i tell you that! I am 12 and getting sub 6:35 in the 2k was the hardest thing i ever did. The race started off and 17 sec 100m pace and we slowed down into a 20sec in the middle. We reached the last checkpoint in 5:40 and then we went into the final 300m. I was sprinting as hard as a good about 32 sec 200m and then at the last 50m a kid tried to catch up to me but i was pretty much doing my sprinting pace. I came 3rd place out of 62 kids.

I got in the state cross country and did 11 miles

Bro i swear as a track and xc runner i can confirm that start is elementary start not middle school it is much faster
