You can't get it as soft as shown in the video but the cookie does soften a bit. Keep it for 20-30seconds and keep checking with a spoon. Consume hot as it will solidify after it gets cold.

How much time microwave it and what temperature?

I mean it kinda works??
First of all I had to put it in for a good 60 second and it still didn't get as soft as shown in the video. But i took it out anyways as it had started to smoke.
Secondly, it hardens up again super quickly, like within one minute. So you need to eat it very quickly.
But the problem here is that it's so so hot that I burnt my tongue while trying to eat it, and if i wait for it to cool down it has already hardened up.
Also it tastes super burnt.

So to sum it all up, i do not recommend trying this as there is a high chance that the cookie will burn and your microwave will start smoking. It's a high risk situation with no benefits.

Just try it now kuch soft nahi hua cookie 20 sec bhi try keya 40 sec bhi

Here it is. Just dip cookies in water once or put one spoon spoon water on top of cookies to get bit soften and then place into microwave for 30 sec then you will see the results. Enjoy

I have microwave the cookie till 2 mins instead 20 secs when nothing happened..but in 2 mins also cookie doesn't softens only the choco fill softens when i taste..
Dear ITC, please dont make fool of yours precious customers. Atleast first try yourself before marketing

Dark Fantasy biscuit ko microwave me daala toh choco lava cake bann jaata hai.... Ek spoon water ka daaldo biscuit ke upar and then microwave karo 60 secs
