This video took 3 months to make, I have regrets. Sorry for missing a few weekend releases lately, but hopefully this makes up for it! The COMPLETE rebuild of my Honda civic after it's wreck at CMP. The longest video in Gears and Gasoline History!

Thanks to PWR for custom creating this WORLD CLASS radiator that now sits in a tilted configuration!

Thanks to Titan 7 for making forged wheels that are basically BULLETPROOF

Thanks to Professional Awesome to the aerodynamic consulting, and also making super niche products that are absolutely ESSENTIAL for builds like this!

Thanks to Radium for over engineering their products to ensure the best quality possible!

I'm not saying all of your videos should be this format, but I like that this one was. I found it therapeutic and meditative. Watching you tear down then rebuild your busted car is a pretty good metaphor for life in general. Things happen, stuff breaks, pickup the pieces, repair what you can, replace what you need to, put things back together, and make the best of the situation.

seriously the most watchable of all the YouTube automotive channels right up there with speed academy.

Just my 2 cents, but I really enjoy content like this in the car community. There's too much immediate gratification content that implies building your car like this only takes a weekend, when it takes months, or even years to progress. Not only does it present a more realistic time/work expectation, but also gives a delayed gratification that only comes from maturing with your car projects and being proud of it. Love that you guys are only a couple hours away from me as well!

Ben you do not give yourself and the team enough credit for how entertaining the cinematography and editing skills are.

Whether its 10 min or 2 hours, your content is worth watching.

Ben's a legit mechanic. Cool to see the confidence and ability you have with your car. Also, love the attention to details.

I love how you always use setbacks like this to improve the car. Remarkable mentality and one to imitate myself.
Lordy this must be the third time you've painted the engine bay!

This was probably the single best car video I've seen this year to date- with no disrespect to MCM, Bigtime, Speed Academy etc. This was just magnificent. Please do more of these!

The Honda Civic. OMG what a car!!! The scope is endless. Hondas are so reliable, thoughtfully built and simple enough to still make sense, AND have so much choice of tuning parts. Love em!

This has been one of the best videos on your channel thus far! Engaging and informative. I am happy to see you were able to fix the car, looking forward to seeing it back at the track. Good job man!

One key thing i have learned over the last 2 decades: if its awkward or expensive, work on it on the floor. It cant fall if its already on the floor

This video is such a gentle reminder of why we all fell in love with G&G. This is such a back to basics video, and is great in the mix all the chaos currently in automotive youtube.

To the Bens: Thank you for editing with so much heart. The love, patience, and thought you put into your builds is what is so relatable to us all. You guys don't give up, yeah there have been a lot of cars through the years, but seeing you guys pour your hearts into MIA and Lana is such a treat!

ben is such a good driver, when he realized he was going to hit the car he aimed for the rear to minimize the danger of the driver getting hurt
