Infp be like "I have no clue what I am doing here. It costs a lot of money for something so uncertain... What if I'm not good enough at the major I pick? What if I can't use my degree after college to get a job? What if I pick a passion and then grow to hate it? What if I pick a career that will make a difference but its too hard? What if I hate the career I choose but I'm trapped in it because it's the only thing my degree qualifies me to do and I can't quit because jobs are forever when you hate conflict and interviews? Why should I confirm to society's expectations? Maybe I should just work for myself... but then who will be my boss and tell me what I need to do???"

Being British, I didn't understand the 'undeclared major' part for the INFP. Having looked it up, as an INFP, I now absolutely understand.

Although, as an INFP, I'd probably have already overthought my answers to the Dean's possible questions, have rehearsed them by writing them out on paper, in a dazzling display of subtle nuanced argument, every eventuality covered.... then when asked, got completely overwhelmed, muddled and spoken garbled rubbish. Wouldn't have cried, but would have been very disappointed in myself.*
