For those of us in clinical research or wanting to get into clinical research, knowing how to create an action item log is of high importance. On the project management side of the industry, it is important to keep track of all items and the action item log can serve as a "to-do list" of sorts for high level very important tasks. Every project is managed differently, so what shows up on the Action Item log can be different based on the project personnel. On the clinical side there are also action items, but they are managed differently through M-CTMS. No log needed unless for internal use only.
