Okay, girlies dont be embarassed to open a pad normally. We all go through this. It may be embarrasing if you are in elementary or middle school where not everyone got their period yet, but come on. If another girl makes fun of you for being on your period, bruh why?? They went through the same thing or are going through it.

Okay, so no, do NOT flush tampons down the toilet. Idk about other countries, but in mine (Australia) we have a bin next to the toilet where you put pads, tampons etc. They are smaller than regular bins, but work the same. I thought everyone did it the same lol, I was taught at a very young age about it. I was told that flushing period products leads to clogged toilets and that's why you don't do it. Hope this helps! :)

to explain the opening the pad quietly. so basically a lot of girls/women are sadly embarrassed of their period so they don’t like opening pads in public spaces bc they are loud. so this would help an insecure women not feel so embarrassed.



ps. a women’s period is not taboo and it’s nothing to be ashamed of 💚.
