Anyone doubting this doesn't know how good James Cameron is. Worst case senario as producer the movie will be better than T3, T4 and T5. If he had time to direct it could be better than T1 and T2. This is the guy you want for all your reboots and sequels.

Re-boots/remakes/whatever rarely turn out any good but, I have my fingers crossed that Cameron will 100% dismiss anything that came after T2 and take it from there!

The only way sequels work is if you bring back as many of the original cast as possible. There must be a way to bring back Michael biehn. And Linda Hamilton. There has to be a way other than just a cameo. What made the original great was not the special effects but the story and the performances.

The first Terminator was a classic...I'd like to see a remake of that one. The second one was pretty good but the ones after that were nothing special.
