No money plain and simple. All I see is people window shopping due to high prices. I know our home repair biz has cut back due to fuel and high cost of materials. Soon I will start laying off just to keep the biz open.

The sad reality is it takes such chaos to get a consumer to wake up to what may already be useless purchases or purchases out of their budget. My hope is that people take the next 10-12 months seriously and act prudently while also setting themselves up for success. If you have time on your side, then invest as if you wont see the money back for 10 years+ and if you do not have much time on your side, I-bonds at 10% interest may be ideal!
