I just did the engine mount and the lower rear transmission mount (which was a pain getting that through bolt back in). Now I have the front lower and this upper transmission mount left to do. I was puzzled as to where it was. It looks like you had a lot more room to operate back when you did this.

Thanks for the video. I have to replace mine on my HHR. Supposedly they are the same. Most people don't even acknowledge this mount exists. You may want to add HHR and the part number to your video description. It will help more people find it.

Hi, I have been trying to get it out. All nuts and bolts are out but, I can't get it out of the hole it fits into. Any tips you can provide? Thanks. Never mind, I should have paid attention to your recommendation about removing front and rear bolts on the mounts to drop the engine a couple of inches. I will go try it now.

Didn't help me much... Needed to know what bolts go in there since the car has been in pieces for a year....

Hi, I went to get my trans mounts replaced on my cobalt, and did the rear and got home and found the upper mount in my trunk. I called the shop and they said they looked all over and that mount didn't go on it. Any advice?

Was that the PCM removed to gain access to the mount?
