I'm an American. Food prices here have gone up, but it's no where near as bad as what you're saying Lilly, not even close. I don't eat fast food. My wife and I have a small property, but we grow most of our vegetables. We have chickens for eggs and once every few years, my son-in-law hunts bison. We share this between 4 families and for my wife and I it fills 2 full size freezers and a bit more. We also fish for salmon. So all in all, my family keeps the grocery bill low. Very little junk food, and we eat out about once a month. I wish this was possible for you. Living in the USA gives people options on how to live. Just a matter of deciding what you want. I do hope deeply that things change for you and the people in Germany. Lovely country.

What you are talking about going through now, is what we’ve been going through in the US for the past 4 years – regulations and $. Groceries through the roof, gas through the roof, prices of utilities through the roof…. Many people have to make a choice between food and the electric bill or the water bill. More people than will admit are just one paycheck away from being homeless. We cannot afford to keep carrying the weight.

Hi Lily, thanks for the video. I am a German born in South Africa who has now moved to Australia. I was also contemplating moving to Europe as I have a German passport, however things are not looking good there since the Ukraine-Russia war. There seem to be problems everywhere! We are better off in Australia than South Africa in terms of safety and future prospects for our children, however housing and food are extremely expensive, the locals are also complaining about the extreme rise in costs.

IMPORTANT: In Rome and Milan on the 5th of April, there were 2 rallies for PEACE and NO REARMAMENT. There were 100k in Rome and 10k in Milan. Most of the media didn't talk about it, or did it to mock the people. PLEASE is very important to spread between us people this information. Thank you!
