The "Rambo" physique is a peculiar U.S. stereotype for military, especially special forces.

This is not an insult in any way but 99.99 sas blokes are from council estates from around Great Britain they have big hearts

My Grandad fought in WW1 and WW2 (Army) . He was a very unassuming man of 6" 4 .. Gentle giant . He was 94 when he died in 1978 . He left school at 14, drank whiskey and smoked all his life, out of all his mates he was the only one to survive both wars . He was a true hero .

My commander in Ukraine was a retired S.A.S guy with 25 years of experience. You would never say he is one of them.... He was maybe 1.75cm big belly, glasses on not even close to beeing FIT by the look of it. But once he got to work damn... I never seen such proffesional in my life. Everything worked like in a clock when he started doing it. Insane.

I assume it's the ability to blend in, disappear, and look normal. But dont mess with them!

My great grandfather was LRDG, he was tall and skinny all his life but even at 90 he was fitter than most middle aged men these days, I'm grateful to have known him the last years of his life. Love for my kin.

Another lesson for people to remember, always respect everyone you meet. You never know who you are dealing with. Looks can be deceiving.

Just because you have a six pack, doesn’t mean you hard or tough.

So true worked alongside the SAS in Iraq while I was in the paras sfsg. Skinny lanky chap, chubby bloke, really short fella with wavy blond hair, obviously there was a few stereotypical guys big muscular big beards tats but generally everyday blokes you see walking down the street

I had a friend in college that went in the SAS a few years after he finished his course (cookery if you can believe it). He wasn't built with loads of muscles, kinda skinny actually and 5'2", very short guy. He's still in over 15 years later.

Just look at the original SAS... skinny and unassuming chaps... don't need to be a muscle bound guy to be an absolute savage !! 😮
