"...considering it's baked in a giant warehouse, it's not that bad..."
This should be Costco's new slogan!😂😂😂❤

You should cook them in the oven for a bit then they become flaky

When you lightly toast them they come back to life

Actually 5.5 from a trained pastry expert is a pretty decent recommendation

Those are my childhood. I love the straight out-of-the-box-soggy croissants

Omg i love a soft, soggy croissant. Flaky ones are way too messy.

She needs to rate the little Mexican shop around the corner from my house 😂I swear their croissants are fucking AMAZING

You never eat them out of the box. Heat them up in the toaster. Even the muffins I heat up.

Idk why but the way she talks is so satisfying/elegant 🤧

As a french person who has eaten thousands of croissants in their life, these look better than the low quality supermarket ones that you can buy in France.

Honestly given what they are and how they are made and the fact that she went to school to learn about these things, the fact that she's given them a slightly above average score is not bad

Don't throw good food away. Always remember wasting food is bad behaviour and bad practice no matter where you are or who you are. Lots of people around you or outside of your house don't have enough to eat. Be grateful always with what you've got.

i’m in school rn for pastry and work at a bakery that specializes in croissants, i can now see such a major difference in these croissants over actual ones but man, these ones hit especially on a budget. you slap them in the oven, cut them open and fill them with whatever tickles your fancy at the moment (ham and cheese or nutella or just some butter or jam) and they’re great. wonderful for families too!

The key to Costco croissants is heating them in a toaster oven. This brings on the delicious little flakes and seems to enhance the flavor.

Honestly it looks like the croissants we get at our french supermarkets in big plastic boxes too, they're usually made with margarine to be cheaper so they don't taste like much and aren't flaky but if you put them in the oven for a few minutes it's a nice sunday morning with the family for cheap!

What I do is I cut them in half (lengthwise) and then put them in the toaster or on a hot pan with butter, then spread and enjoy! They are delicious, especially when you add things like jam or Nutella to them

I love them. I freeze them and use them for breakfast sandwiches. Or cut them in half, add chocolate squares, and put in my panini press

My family used to get those when we went to Costco for groceries (stuff we needed in bulk, ofc) and we used to get these croissants pretty often. I enjoyed them very much 😂

Served these croissants to french guests at the post-wedding brunch and was genuinely surprised at how much they liked them.
