And I really hope we can accept that using a feminine wash is a mandatory step to a healthy and ordorless vagina.not a mild /baby soap that's not designed for that area. There's nothing wrong with using a feminine wash

Great video! Great recommendations. I would be careful with flushing tampons. It might cause the toilet to backup. So embarrassing! I would just wrap it up in toilet paper and throw it in the trash also.

This was so good I learned a lot I definitely will be using the witch hazel tip I have been using a water cup to rinse after I urinate and that has helped a lot I definitely believe in taking care of my vagina and I will be doing a classroom with my daughter and my nieces

Gotta have my daughter try the raspberry leaf as she has cramps severely bad, especially her 2nd day. Nothing seems to help her, so this may provide the relief she needs. ❤😊❤

Awesome job!!!! One add to women and young ladies with cycles; research reusable cups and discs!!! After 9 years of not having a cycle because of my IUD, I began flowing like a river. It was depressing and I was changing every hour!! Once I discovered reusables my whole life changed!! Just an extra tip!! Keep this kind of information coming!!!
