Coming back to this video 3 weeks after buying the Azo supplements I’ve been taking them for 2 weeks now and let me me tell you, from a girl who struggled so much with smelling clean down there ALL day these supplements have saved my life! I have no smell at all anymore and even a *fresh* smell by the end of the day of course I started keeping multiple changes of panties and baby wipes in my bag at all times and taking extra steps I have been so clean fresh and all in general * chefs kiss* in the girls area, so basically I’m just coming back to you to thank you for making this video for young girl (and adults) because my mother never really liked talking about this stuff with me so I pretty much learned EVRRYTHING from YouTube videos and already growing up learning how bad summers eve was for you I never wanted to use it but all the videos out there is telling you to use summers eve it’s so crazyyy! As a muslim that uses water after using the
toilet I recommend people to replace toilet
paper with wet wipes, then you wont have
problem. l use wet wipes when I go out to
public bathroom were using water is not
available.

I also use exfoliating sponge with soap (for
sensitive skin) for my behind&front everytime
I shower. And I wash all of my 3 exfoliating
sponges (1 for face, 1 for body, 1 for private
parts) in the washing machine at least once
a week.

I use raw cocoa butter on front and behind
after showering so it wont dry out bc of the
soap. + It smells good like chocolate and cocoa.

I also dont wear underwear around my house, or when I sleep
I use a long dress/abaya so my private parts
can breathe. Even on summertime I
sometimes go out without underwear if im
not gonna go far away or stay outside for a
long time

An alternative for the Azo probiotics is plain Greek yogurt(no sugar). If you eat it everyday you get your probiotics in.

her baby dove method is a lifesaver!! growing up i used any soap to clean down there and i was always so irritated and i saw her channel and she talked about it and i asked my mom to get me a baby dove soap and it changed my game fr ❤️

I am so glad you included the puberty thing! I struggled so bad in 5th grade as well. I couldn’t afford deodorant and when I would come in from recess WHOOOO when I tell you I got made fun of….. it was intense puberty smell. I wish I knew you and had your videos to watch back then. Every since then I have had to smell good and became obsessed with hygiene with I’m actually really happy about.

Honestly, I can not tell you how E M B A R R A S E D I was when last saturday I went to a youth evening (idk if they’re called that, but whatever) in church and my odor down there was BAD.

(I know I’m 15 and odors are normal, but that odor was n o t normal)

I was next to my other friend just trying to get a pose that does not let the odor out that clearly, but I couldn’t!!

I sometimes went to the floor to try to get some type of distance from everybody else.
Also I get a lot of discharge to and I don’t know how I haven’t thought about changing my underwear?!

A little TMI, but I’ve been struggling with my odor down there, because I’ve started getting more discharge and I was sure I was bound to smell bad my entire life. But I feel like God directed me to this video and I’m so thankful for it.

I learned the baby washcloth from Chloe, and it was a huge game changer. After I shower, I use a fan to dry front and back. And I see a really big difference in lady parts odor.

I had to take two courses of antibiotics for BV. Now after the second course, I think I see some improvement. Do NOT skimp on the water intake. I notice I smell more if I do. I mix coconut water with cranberry juice, (orange juice sometimes, and a pinch of salt) but I feel like this flushes me out clean & well. I drink this almost everyday. You don’t have to, but I feel good doing it. Another thing is, I stopped using soap. Only hot water and a wash cloth. If I use soap, it’s a natural one and it’s only around my period when I use it bc i wanna be really clean around that time obviously. I used to be one of those gals that was like HUH? People don’t use soap to wash their yoni? But trust ME. Don’t use soap near the vulva. Just the crotch area and thighs, where bacteria can form. Don’t forget to wash with warm water in between the lips. A lot of moisture and sweat gets trapped in there which means extra funk. Third important thing: LAUNDRY DETERGENT. I make sure to wash my shirts and bottoms separately. I use Molly’s Suds to wash my pants and underwear. Don’t use a laundry detergent with fragrance. I slept w/o underwear at night and if my pajama pants are washed in a fragrant strong laundry detergent, I feel like it’ll mess w/ my V. That’s just me though. If you’ve previously had a yeast infection or BV or any odor of some sort, soak your panties in hot water for maybe 25 minutes. You can even add vinegar. Then wash normally. Now, my diet hasn’t been the best recently, but doing these things REALLY helps. You can also take slippery elm to make down there wet and release more discharge (which means your v is being even more cleansed from the inside) DRINK YA WATER 💦

Your videos are such an inspiration I find to be very on top of my hygiene but on hot days, or long days I found d myself not smelling great and it made me insecure especially when it felt that other could smell me as well. Just to add if no else has added;
You have to watch what you are consuming. Too much meat sugar processed food and junk food is not only bad for the cookie but your overall health. Gut health is important because if your gut isn't right nothing is really right. Not saying you cant indulge but don't over do it. Make sure you're getting your water like she said along with fruits veggies nuts seeds all of that whole goodness 😋

i was struggling with odor down there and it wasn’t because of my diet or my hygiene. however sometimes we develop bacteria down there, as it is a warm good place for them to develop. i booked a gynecologist appointment to figure the stuff out, and i did a criotherapy and acid treatment, basically a peeling ! and then she prescribed me some probiotic pills that you have to insert, to replenish the vag. area. hope this helps someone!! it is important to talk about these experiences
