snowrunner fuel bug / glitch quick fix

How to work around the annoying fuel station bug where you are unable to refuel. They work as intended one minute, the next you can not do anything to refuel at all. Its like the petrol shortages all over again except you can work around it in 30 seconds and guarantee you can get where your going! lol

On PC Multiplayer if you repair and reful another person. Lets say You see a guy houling heavy cargo and you have some extra fuel and repairs. If you repair them it works just fine, however if you try to refuel them there is a bug that you lose the extra fuel on your side( just like it should be) but the other guys fuel goes to zero....and there is NOTHING you can do and the other guy is screwed.... This bug is in the game since the alpha or beta and has never beeing fixed so far. It's so extreme annyoing ;)

When ur in co-op and your the leader and ur friend has the cargo but ur both out of fuel and if u leave his truck and cargo are gone forever...

i know this is old, but would you know is this the same bug as what is experienced in multiplayer if you are a guest and the host moves to another part of the map?, just asking because i was wanting to know how long it's been in the game for, as it's still there...can't refuel from petrol/gas stations or from fuel tankers, and obviously quitting back to menu ends your multiplayer session....cheers
