Problem with this channel is is in one video. It’ll tell you never eat potatoes and some of these foods because they’re turned to sugar and spike your blood level but then in this video they’re telling y’all eat potatoes. It is full of B6. It’s very contradictory. There’s a lot of inconsistencies from this channel‘s videos. Clarification please.
