New Zealand PM Jacinda Ardern says a shorter working week would give New Zealanders the chance to travel more within their own country and help the tourism sector, which accounts for about 10% of the national economy and was hard hit by the coronavirus lockdown.

NO! Many of us Kiwis cannot stand what she stands for and the damage she has caused us long before lockdown. And we are a nation of hard workers, no poor lazy bums who will have no money to go to tourist spots if she gets her way. Bring on the election!

Oh great, time for doing stuff but less income to do it. I'm not surprised she's pushing home tourism, it's not like she can EVER open the country to foreign tourism until kungflu is managed there, if they totally eradicate it in New Zealand they can Never open up unless every tourist is forcibly isolated for 2 weeks upon arrival, so there's that to consider too.. (maybe she'll make full face covering manditory, like islam, she'd like that)
