Can I sleep train during a regression?

I don't recommend ‘formal’ sleep training when your baby or toddler is clearly going through a sleep regression.

Regressions are times of restlessness and fighting sleep, so why stack the odds against yourself?⁠

Waiting until a sleep regression has passed is an easier and quicker way to get your LO sleeping great.⁠

That being said, there are steps you can do everyday (even during a regression) to help your baby or toddler sleep well.⁠

🌟Blackout your baby's bedroom⁠

🌟Introduce white noise⁠

🌟Simplify your baby’s bed⁠

🌟Dress your baby right for sleep⁠

🌟No screen time⁠

🌟Spend more time outside⁠
