There is nothing more nostalgic for me than good old Goosebumps books. I remember the way they smelled, they way they made me wet the bed, the hours I spent trying to trace the cover art. I remember auditioning for acting gigs for the TV Show and questioning if RL Stein was a real life monster. For those of you who don't know these literal classics well Goosebumps were the Creepy Pastas of my generation... Readers get to discover the horror genre without the gore, or foul language presented in mature films. The whole Goosebumps franchise is built in a way for young adults and children to experience suspense and fear in a safe way.

Goose Bumps was my favorite book series when I was a kid and It still is! I've read most of the books and I still have a few to read as well, but I appreciated the time and effort it took to make these amazing books. Ty R.L Stine for such genius books! Boxcar Children was also another good book series.

I tried to buy all 60+ books back in elementary but only had saved enough for the first 3 lol. Also being from Toronto myself, I didn't know Goosebumps was filmed here. Makes it that much better

I feel bad for non 90's kids who never read goose bumps. alot of people dont know that goosebumps was the first book series to have pick your own decision book quests. like the dark carnival one there was only 3 ways to survive and 30 different deaths where you lose. you got to pick your own choice the whole way and decide on what to do. was super hard to survive. there was a good chunk of books he did like that

Im 32 now but every time my mom and I went to Target I got a Goosebump book and a Beastwar toy I have given them to my son now and I hope he enjoys them as much as I did. Also were from and reside in Columbus Ohio too.

Goosebumps was so successful that they aired even in Brazil in the 90’s. I remember being like 8 and watching it and I loved it
