The idea of downloading the rethink app actually works, it lower my ping to 80ms to 30ms and it also fix my experience to play, its just that after a couple of days everytime the match start I suddenly lost connection an I have to wait for 2-3 minutes for my Wifi to be connected and get back in the game, which it ruines my early game advantage.
