A girl has done this to me at work. I just assume she's not interested and stay away from her. However, the girls at work that clearly show interest over the years, I still stay away. Mind your business at work and find the girls that don't work in the same building as you.

I have this woman that I truly can’t tell if she’s interested in me or not. Last time I talked to her was fine, but then I walked past her the other day and neither one of us said a word, she saw me and looked straight down once she made eye contact. I truly can’t tell if she’s into me, but she strikes me as a shy woman. The worst part is that I’m also an incredibly shy man. 😂
