I'm trying to understand how the commentators are thinking this is a double tech. The one player was not "assessing to see how close" Skylar was. She threw an elbow. It's amazing how differently the behavior of various groups of people are labeled. Not only did she throw an elbow, but she continued to push her. Although Skylar was in her face she didn't put hands on her.
