Ghost runner | Fix Error 0x887A0020 Unreal engine is exiting due to d3d device being lost (SOLVED)

Unreal engine is exiting due to d3d device being lost in UE4 caused due to the corruption in the display settings either due to outdated device drivers or may be two or more display adapters are causing the issue of d3d device being hung. Sometimes its DirectX which is the cause for the ue4 fatal error because DirectX found not compatible with the display drivers.
Then the games needs to run with an extra command as
-d3d12

Is there a way to fix it without epic games store or steam ? Cuz I got it from fitgirl repacks, and this error only appears in level 3, I finished 1 and 2 no bugs but 3 has error
