This video showcases the Alexa enabled Smart Plug I use in my shop to get ready for the Minnesota winter. It helps warm the shop up before I come inside. With the added Echo Show, I can drop in on the shop too. I tied this into the Govee Bluetooth thermostat reader that connects to my phone.
