I have the same birthday as Rena. The first song I heard by them was "Sparks Fly" and I could resonate with the lyrics right away. Ever since then, almost every album/song they released continued to match exactly to the situation i was in at the moment. "Brand new moves", "Guys my Age", "Hoodie", "Friends like this", and now "Dear Love". It feels so bizarre but heartwarming at the same time, almost as if Im growing up with Rena and we experience the same heartbreak together while apart🥺💜
