I can tell you... At seven years of age. I saw this with my birthday guest as a gift from My Mother. Out of that viewing I made my strongest life long commitment for upright being ness. Ot's always backdrop. It was great timing in my life.

Wasn't Abraham instructed to kill his son, to test his loyalty to God? Not a good role model I would suggest.
Contrary to Peterson's inference, you can have free will without God, which is existentialism. Also about autonomy.
All stories are about dealing with trials, tribulations and adversity. It's not necessary to see them as a biblical message, but you can if that's the only lens through which you see the world.
