I really like that G14. But rtx 4070 doesn't really makes sense for long term high end gaming usage, does it? I feel like 4080 is a good start for high end gaming, especially with high pixels monitors. Maybe I should go with G16 later. Sadly, my country doesn't sell 2023 G14 with 4080.

Just ordered mine :) g16 with 4080. Cannot wait absolutely love the Zephyrus series. Plus their sound is so amazing! Really excited to see how much battery life I can get when I turn off the 4080. This seems to be the best of both worlds … a Mack book like workstation powerful enough to run the most demanding games

I would miss the mocro sd slot from the flow x16, its nice having that extra storage slot for quick swap use

i hope they put more vram on this new gaming laptop, the 4080M only has 12g when it should be 16g... is still a good card on laptop gaming but dosn feel right..

Can you upgrade the ram wireless or storage options? I can understand the AMD options for the smaller 14 inch chassis as would over heat with intel.However the G16 looks to be the better all rounder except it has not got a AMD chip, why ?
Will they come factory installed with Linux soon ? Seems that all chinease build laptops will be switching to linux by 2026 too?
