Astronomy Calendar 2024: In this video, you will find all the important astronomical events taking place in 2024: meteor showers, eclipses, comets, and planetary conjunctions. Comet Tsuchinshan-Atlas is truly one of the marquee events of 2024. It might be something so spectacular that the world will remember for a very long time. Currently, the comet might just be a simple yet astounding comet with a +1 estimated magnitude but we never know how it's magnitude might be affected after it's encounter with the sun that is the perihelion.. it might even become a -2 magnitude comet which will be absolutely breathtaking to watch. So we're really in for a treat this year. Let's just hope the best for Comet Tsuchinshan-Atlas. Happy Skygazing to all!

Great video. Always love it. But what about the events of Mercury and especially, the morning/evening star, Venus. Aka the inferior planets? Their greatest elongations (so we know how long do they rise/set after the Sun)? What about their inferior/superior conjuctions if any so we know when to view in evening or morning sky? Or (especially) Venus' greatest brilliancy? I'm always delighted to see planets in sky, but the one that captivates me the most is Venus and I expect to hear it from this video. I'm being brutally honest here.
