if 1/60 of a minute is a small quantity then 1/60 X 1/60of x is sceond order of small ness which is called seconds

but in the next part

dx X dx is actually a little bit of x times little bit of x =little bit of x^2

i would like to which of these two cases is considered second order of smallness and is neglegible
