Fun fact: Hubal (Hebrew: ha-Baal, "the Possessor") was placed into the Kaabah, and 360 idols were around him, referring to the 360 days of lunar calendar. Pagan Arab referred to their chief god Hubal as "al-Lah" (the God) and his house, the Kaabah as "Baytullah" (House of the God). Hubal or Lah had three daughters: Lat, Manat and Uzza, all of them had their shrines around Mecca. Muhammad venetrated them too in the Quran, but later in Medina to convert the Jews to Islam, he labeled these verses as "satanic" and abolished their worship in Islam.

As a Muslim I'm crying laughter💀😂, You just said a whole lot of nothing do you even know the history and prophets in Islam? Do you know prohpet Ibrahim PBUH destroyed all the idols and that in the Quran it says in (37:125) Do you call upon Baal71 and forsake the Best of the Creators?

How are you making all this stuff man, if you want to look at baal go become a hollywood actor or something and you'll know what I mean. Islam isn't satanic worship it's a ridiculous thing to say, even christians would disagree.

Makes sense, this is probably why Allah is called the great deceiver in the Quran. The devil is playing a joke on humanity to confuse and distract from the gospel, Islam bought it.

Can you give us a link to this research you looked at? I personally would like to see this for myself, who were the people presenting this research, what was their qualifications, what is the studies they provided? I'm not calling you a liar, but you made some very extraordinary claims, that if true would be astonishing. I just feel you should prove some links in the description of the research you claimed to have seen.

Give me a break. Let’s get something straight. Prophet Abraham built the Kaaba as a rectangular shape as a place to worship the one god. Over time people starting putting their idols in there including Baal. Prophet Muhammad put an end to that and reinstated it as an empty house a point of worship to the one god, Allah. I was there two months ago the Kaaba is opened every few hrs and it’s completely empty. We do not worship it we worship Allah and it’s a point of reference. Certainly no idols in there

Quran literally rejects Baal:

"Will you call upon Ba'l (a well- known idol of his nation whom they used to worship) and forsake the Best of creators, ” 37:125

"Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?"
37:126

But they denied him [Iliyas (Elias)], so they will certainly be brought forth (to the punishment),
37:127

Except the chosen slaves of Allah.
37:128

And We left for him (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times;
37:129

Salamun (peace) be upon Ilyasin (Elias)!"
37:130

Sorry, but I’m afraid this is really poorly researched and the conclusions are 100% false. The simple reason why pagans used the Kaaba is explicitly mentioned in Islamic sources themselves—namely is that Abrahamic monotheism was actually the ORIGINAL ancient faith from the start (beginning with Abraham’s descendants such as Ishmael & his progeny), but that it later became slowly tainted with idol-worship over time & generations, which is one of the reasons the Prophet Muhammad was sent by God in the first place: to _RESTORE_ the Temple back to its pure original glory (for the sake of God alone), and to guide people away from idol-worship and towards repentance & surrender to God Almighty alone, without the falsehood that crept into it. The Qur’an explicitly teaches this.

As for ‘Baal’—the Qur’an clearly says about pagans:

*”Will you people really pray to Baal, and forsake the best Creator? That is God (‘Allāh’)—who alone is your Lord, and the Lord of your ancient ancestors!”* — Qur’an 37:125-126

You can’t get much clearer than that. In the end: We believe in God, and what was revealed to us, and what was revealed to you. And our God and your God is one & the same. And to Him we surrender ourselves completely in devotion 🤍

P.S. Many Christian and Jewish Arabs actually use the word “Allah” to refer to God. It is related to the Semitic root “El” (‘God’) which is used by its sister language Hebrew (God = Elohim | Eloah as seen in the Bible); and Aramaic, the language of Jesus Christ himself (which called God ‘Allāha/Aloha’). All the same God—just slightly different terms!

Please read the Qur’an for yourselves, and you will see that it comes from the same one true God of Abraham. I humbly urge you to read & learn for yourself, and not trust the research of a single individual to make your conclusions for you—especially when eternity is on the line.

Hope you all re-consider & read the Qur’an for yourselves.
Peace (Shalom/Salam).

LOL. As a Muslim, we KNOW this about the Kabah 😂. Yes, before Muhammed, the people of Arabia worshipped multiple gods inside the Kaaba, and they would encircle it as a form of worship. The Prophet Muhammed was given the message by Gabriel, that there is only ONE God, and that the gods of Manat, others are false gods and that you must Remove ALL gods from the Kaaba because the ONLY true God is the God of Abraham. This is literally written in the Quran a dozen times.

The Kabah was built by Abraham, and we believe in all the same prophets you do too oh misinformed one. We believe in the SAME one God. Maybe you should read the Quran for your sources? 😂

Before the advent of Islam, the Kaaba, located in Mecca, was a place of worship for various Arab tribes. It housed numerous idols, each representing a different deity or concept. The most significant idol was Hubal, considered the chief god among the Meccan pantheon.

Here's a brief historical overview:

1. Pre-Islamic Era:
The Kaaba was a sacred structure even before Islam. It was believed to have been built by the Prophet Ibrahim (Abraham) and his son Isma'il (Ishmael).
Over time, polytheistic beliefs became prevalent, and the Kaaba became a center for the worship of multiple idols.

2. The Presence of Idols:
Hubal, a large stone idol, was particularly venerated. It was said to have been brought to Mecca by the Amalekites and was placed near the Kaaba.
Other prominent idols included statues representing gods like Al-Lat, Al-Uzza, and Manat.

3. Prophet Muhammad's Early Life:
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) was born into the Quraysh tribe, the custodians of the Kaaba.
Muhammad was known for his honesty and integrity and gained the nickname "Al-Amin" (the trustworthy).

4. Call to Prophethood:
At the age of 40, Muhammad received the first revelation from Allah through the Angel Gabriel.
The message emphasized the oneness of God and denounced the worship of idols.

5. Opposition to Idolatry:
Muhammad's message faced strong opposition from the Quraysh leaders, who were deeply invested in the traditional polytheistic practices.
The Prophet continued to preach monotheism, urging people to abandon idol worship and return to the worship of the one true God.

6. The Conquest of Mecca:
After years of persecution and struggles, Muhammad, with a growing number of followers, eventually returned to Mecca.
In 630 CE, Mecca peacefully surrendered to the Muslims, marking the end of idol worship at the Kaaba.

7. Cleansing of the Kaaba:
Upon entering Mecca, Prophet Muhammad cleansed the Kaaba of its idols, reinstating it as a house of worship for the one true God.

The idols were removed, and the Kaaba became a center for the worship of Allah.

8. Symbolism in Islam:
The Kaaba, cleansed of idols, symbolizes the pure monotheism of Islam.
Today, Muslims around the world face the Kaaba during their prayers, emphasizing the unity of the Muslim community in worship.
