Menendez brothers to appear virtually for court hearing today

Erik and Lyle Menendez's infamous case will be back in front of a judge on Monday for a hearing regarding the brothers' habeas corpus petition, which was filed last year for a review of new evidence not presented at trial.

when their parents come back to life then yes they should be set free. but this was a planned execution. what did their mother do to die? and why didn't the grown sons move out of the house if they were being abused. not a crime of passion because it was planned. and not to mention the spending spree they went on right after the execution of their parents. the fact that it is even a conversation about release is unbelievable.

They don't need a resentencing and parole will ultimately be up to the Governor so why waste tax payer money to be rejected ultimately by the Governor - slap in the face to the world - the Brothers were willing to even try to kill the Psychc person also and admitted they could act like nobody's business on the stand...I work around Eric and was not a model inmate at all - write ups fights nothing good to say.
