Also I wanted to add that people who have a low income and live in the US can even use food stamps to buy organic seeds. When you buy organic micro greens they can be quite expensive, but grow them from seeds and they cost next to nothing. :)

love lentils sprout. I just started sprouting them and almost everyday i eat them alone, or top of soup, or serve between my sandwich with no condiments nor meat. Yes i use lentils sprouts as my main meat.

Im a newbie, have been doing my testing with the black to go containers. I drill holes in the seed tray, and a third for blackout. Perfect for testing.

I've always thought seed packets have more seeds than I'll use in a single season and was about to discard a lot of them. I think you've shown me a way to use them. Never done microgreens so now's my chance. I have a seed starting area in my basement that will be perfect.

Hi Khang, your the indoor microgreens growing video King! I watch lots of your videos in the past and picked up a few tips and tricks along the way!
I use the water from the bottom up method to keep away mold, , never use spray bottles, or vary rarely. That's when they are growing and already sprouted.
Great video to help beginners for sure.
