Tbh the bokoblins and boss bokoblins are basically just dangerous pork, so they could feed so many people since they're an infinite food source that wouldn't be too hard to kill and would just come back every blood moon

In other zelda games when you defeat a chu chu you can put its remains in a bottle so you can drink it to get effects/regen health
