My vision is sharp in middle but blurry on outside is this normal? I have IPD knob all the way down. Someone mentioned the grey rings but I can't put it back anymore

Omg it's so annoying because whenever I play I get this stupid thing in the middle of the screen that says rotate the IPD knobe till the horizontal lines are clear, but it never works and I have to play with this stupid screen infront of my face. Do you know how to fix this?

I know this is a late comment, but there's a free iPhone app that measures your IPD for you. Mine's about 66.

Just use a ruler, and measure the distance between pupils. Won't be perfect but better than seeing you'r optometrists lol.
