Project does not start in Unity Hub 3.2.0 (Windows 10, 2022)

Three important points:

1) Projects are best saved in a separate folder from Unity and Unity Hub to avoid losing them. Save them, for example, in "Documents" in a separate folder.

2) When reinstalling Unity and Unity hub, errors may occur saying that some files are already installed, and you will have several actions. Feel free to skip it, there will be no problems.

3) If you developed a project with an editor with modules, then in order to open it again, of course, you need to download those same modules. Don't worry if a bare reinstalled editor doesn't open your old project right away.

When I open a project it says that I’m not using the right version of unity though I have it downloaded and I updated everything to that version, I do not know how to fix this and I can’t upload avatars at all, does anyone know how to fix this?

I fixed mine, found out, its because i used a new public wifi connection.. just changed it back previous wifi and it opened.

When i try to open a project its loading like the video but when i try to open the actual unity.exe the pops up

Hi, i am using unity 2022.3.6f1 while i try to open a URP 3D project i was choosed to enter safe mode
and after that i am facing with a lot compile, burst errors i searched for solutioon but can't find an answer how can i fix that any help?
