when you’re just sitting for a while and being quiet in your own space or sitting in front of the TV and somewhat following a show or a movie or your laying on your side scrolling through your phone….
It seems like a waste of time, but sometimes you need that 30 minutes or so to unwind during that time, in the back of your mind, you’re fitting the pieces of puzzles together you’re allowing to be inventive, you’re allowing your mind to unwind and think of new pathways …in a relaxed state.
