Ryzen 7 5800X + RTX 4060 Ti - Good Combo?

In this video, I'm testing the AMD Ryzen 7 5800X with the Nvidia RTX 4060 Ti in different games like Fortnite and Cyberpunk in both 1080p and 1440p gaming. The AMD Ryzen 7 5800X came out in 2020, it has 8 cores with 16 threads, the base frequency is 3.8GHz and the turbo frequency is 4.7GHz. The R7 5800X has a TDP of 105W and has a transistor size of 7 nm. The Nvidia RTX 4060 TI 8GB came out in the middle of 2023, it has 8GB of GDDR6 memory with a memory speed of 18Gbps and a bandwith of 128 bits. It has 4352 cuda cores with a turbo frequency of 2.58GHz.

Wow avg fps CS2 in 1080p 321 fps and i got in 4:3 1024 180-200 with the same card and cpu with 32 GB.Whats wrong with my CPU can anyone help me?
