Fun Fact, a German Influencer and Actress named Jana Heinisch stared in a (four times nominated) Short Film about the first female pilot for America Airlines, Bonnie Tiburzi. In her audition she was asked to pretend to be in a cockpit. Heinisch is a licensed pilot and therefore acted naturally. She was the ONLY one who also 'used' the overhead buttons intuitively, which played a big part in her landing the role.


Zendaya, as far as I know, isn't a trained pilot. Her doing the overheard motion just made me think of this story and wonder if Zendaya was taught this or if she actually studied her role so well. (Disclaimer, never watched the movie so idk what significance this part has for the movie and how excessively she would have realistically studied for it)
