Thank you for verifying that this rubbery extension will be cut at first occasion. I just bout it and I was worried that maybe my saw is misaligned or the blade is too deep or something. They should mention it somewhere on the box or manual. Anyway, that was helpful ❤

The adapter in your video for the circular saw, what is the part number please? did you buy 59" the rail directly from makita ?

You cut the splinter guard incorrectly. The base should have been fully on the rail. You cant cut all of the splinter guard unless you have two rails to continue the pass onto the next rail and then switch
The first rail to the end of the second.
