At some time around 6:00-6:20 PM, on Sunday, June 9, 2023, a pursuit crash occurred at the intersection of Marine Ave & Aviation Blvd in the City of Manhattan Beach. Originally the Manhattan Beach Police Department(and possibly the Hawthorne Police Department) attempted to stop the vehicle but it fled, which started with the vehicle pursuit, and as it went on the vehicle entered the City of Redondo Beach, where it crashed into a vehicle(s), and then continued fleeing until it hit another 2-3 vehicles at the intersection of Marine & Aviation. The crash caused some major damage to the three vehicles, and it seems as if the police took the suspect into custody(unconfirmed) as they were not seen looking for him/her. As for the injured, the Redondo Beach Fire Department had responded on the scene but was not seen transporting any patient to the hospital so there seems to be little to no injuries reported. Van Lingen Towing showed up and well…. The rest is history(handled it like nothing!).
