I keep coming back to this video whenever my swing feels slightly disconnected and this gets me back on the right path, great video, brilliantly presented!

To you Mr. Finch a massive thanks. My hole life was hit and hope with no thought in my process. You’re the inspiration for my new swing and all around lower scores

After years of hitting my driver poorly, I have finally been able to crank controlled drives, thanks to you and your peers. I always knew that I could do it. Thank you for your efforts. They are helping innumerable people.

“Can fuse” or “confuse?” For me feels more like the latter 😂

I really struggle generating power, so I’m going to give this a go on the range this week. Score is slowly coming down and these videos really help 👍

Easily the best moments in this video are when Pete mentions other YT creators and doesn't pretend that he knows everything. It's what makes good teachers, great. Because you can trust them, and when you trust them you commit to what they tell you. Simple :)

Awesome instruction! Can’t wait to try it (I’ve got a broken fibula, so down for a couple of more months 😩).

Everyone is striving for that additional gain. I am in the process of trying to increase Clubhead speed which will hopefully help me gain some valuable yardage. I am just doing the Speedstick and really feel the benefit of the step drill, which in essence is the thunder step, can really feel the body move better.

I play at a 4hc, so I get my weight forward pretty good, and my strikes are usually pretty good. However, I have trouble straightening the left leg. Seems the only time that I can achieve it is when I really go after one. It’s almost as if when I swing hard, I NEED that straightening(of the left leg) to maintain my balance. I don’t normally like to swing that hard, because strike, and direction will sometimes suffer. It seems like it takes more “timing”. Does this sound strange? Is it a common issue? Would love to hear your thoughts… P.S. We sometimes will play 2-man scramble matches, and the only time I go after one is when my playing partner already has a good one in play. But, I can definitely feel myself extending more, or almost like a jumping action. So, I get what you’re describing here, to create more speed. It works! Great stuff, Pete.

I like the idea of the Thunderstep - should put the fear of god into any one I play against.
Seriously however; great vlog content Peter
Cheers

Swinging like Oosthuizen is the dream.

This is something I struggle with, low to mid 90s mph swing speed. Only drive ball about 200 to. 220, the odd one goes 250 but not very often..
I don't rotate hips enough or create lag as they say
