I woke up this morning feeling frustrated about feeling "stuck" and your video popped up at just the right time.

I can see I've been attaching too much importance on the "current me" and the perceived limitations that go along with current me.

I love your sharing about alligning certain aspects of oneself with the future self.

Shifting into ones future self incrementally, aspect by aspect, breaks things down into a path where it's easy to believe its possible, vs a mindset of being stuck because shifting the whole self at once seems daunting.

I love mbti but I think specifically the cognitive functions really helped me out, I got infp and it really helped me understand why I was always conflicted. It also helped me identify trauma I previously never thought of as such from my new discovered covert narc dad. Also how do u feel about emneagrams? I recently got into them, I got 5w6 it’s very interesting and I hear more accurate than mbti.
