Debra Jo Rupp and Kurtwood Smith chat with ET at the premiere of 'That '90s Show,' out Jan. 19 on Netflix. The 'That '70s Show' alums detail what it's like coming back for the reboot 16 years later. Plus, they open up about watching Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis become a real-life couple. Debra also shares how Mila initially had trouble stepping back into character as Jackie, while Kurtwood says filming a scene with Wilmer Valderrama was one of his favorites.

I know everybody loved Hyde and Jackie together and when I was younger I did too.. but re-watching it as an adult Michael and Jackie together just makes so much more sense. Jackie loved being in control and Kelso love being controlled so with Hyde it was always a power struggle I do think they shared some beautiful moments she definitely helped him soften up a bit and Hyde got her out of that spoiled rich girl codependent era. Kelso was her first love he just needed to grow up

Love them! That 70s show got me trough so many tough times growing up and it’s still my comfort show. Hopefully the 90s version will be good too!

Curtwood Smith really redeemed himself for me from being the mean dad in my fave movie "Dead Poets Society" to the funny, cool & lovable Red Forman in "That 70's Show". and it was a thrill to see Debra Jo Rupp again on TV after her recurring role in "FRIENDS" in the 90's.
Both of them really had a great chemistry that held the show together. Hoping he new show measures up to the 70's Show

I watched that 70’s show religiously and I watched the first episode of that 90’s show last night and I was back to laughing so hard I clapped my hands, epic. Love the old cast and hope to love the newbies too.

This series was so incredible! For those that loved the original, I think you will all be extremely pleased with this new version. I am absolutely blown away by how these 2 haven’t aged a day. When I first turned the show on, for a second I actually wondered if they were showing a flashback of the original that I hadn’t seen before because they looked identical to when they were filming the original, as if 17 years hadn’t happened. When “Eric” first came on that didn’t help cause he looked identical too. It’s like the whole cast had been in a time capsule not aging. These 2 look unbelievable though, and they slipped back into Red & Kitty so perfectly! Major props to the writers too who really wrote everything in such a similar style and sound and for staying so true to each character. This spin-off is incredible and I’m already looking forward to season 2!
