I want to document in writing that it has been over one week since I have made changes to my booking. My card has been charged for such changes and my ticket has STILL not been re-issued despite calling everyday. I've asked to speak to supervisors or to your ticketing department and my requests keep being denied. My flight is in 4 days and I still need to add an infant to my booking. I am appalled by the poor level of service. It is my first time buying a ticket with you and trust me this will be my last time.
