The first time I did this, the potatoes together with the cheese melted and started to separate from the breading. So, I tried to freeze the potato balls first and it turned out successfully like the one in the video.

++ also, don't cook everything all at once. 3 or 4 potato balls each batch would do. ❤️

btw.. isheshare ko lng 😅 dapat pag magbre-breading, ung isang kamay for dry which is the breadcrumbs/ flour etc. and ung isa for wet para naman sa itlog, water etc para ndi magkadikit dikit sa kamay at para d sayang sa ingredients 😅😅
