Yes, thank you. This is a good way to tidy up and personalise the front end.
Is there any way to comment out a system from esconfig, in case i want to add back in later with minimum effort?

I'm hoping you can help me. I have a super console x pro. Everywhere I look online to add games it says just put the micro sd card in a computer and put the roms in the corresponding emulator file but when I put mine in there are only like 7 files and none of them lead to rom folders. Am I doing something wrong?

is there any chance of a video about installing dos/win ports then having them appear on emulation station? (e.g. 'darkplaces quake1', 'yamagi quake 2' and ''crispy doom', hexen, beneath a steel sky).  I've read that dosbox emulation often produces poor performance and poor speeds, so ports are the way to go whenever possible.

Would it also work to comment out the systems you don't want shown with a # at the beginning of each line from <system> to </system>?

Anyone know how I can undo all of the configuration changes I made to my Retropie. I really screwed it up because I watched tutorial videos that I didn't really grasp. I am not computer literate and this stuff is like Greek to me. I purchased the mini NES RaspberryPie 128G 17, 000 game model last spring and now none of the games work and there's also many multiples of the rooms listed in the emulation station. I can only blame myself for trying things I saw on the YouTubes. I just want to reset everything back so I can enjoy what I bought. Any help is greatly appreciated!! Leave a post here I have the bell turned on.

This doesn’t delete them as in recover any hd space it just stops calling them in them.

Do the roms in that system also get deleted?

Hey,

how do you start emulationstation via putty? If I do, I only get an error saying that a gamelist is missing and nothing else happens...:/

couldn't you just comment them out?
