Welcome to the most detailed 4K walking tour of Fikirtepe on Youtube!
Today, we will explore the completed projects and observe how people live in this area.

However, I must bring to attention some concerning flaws in the planning of the Fikirtepe neighborhood. I have some questions for the management of Kadıköy (or Fikirtepe), such as:
why a safe passage was not created for the local residents to the nearest Metro Station (Unalan or Goztepe)?
Please do not misunderstand me - Istanbul's traffic can be very aggressive, and sometimes crossing the road involves taking risks due to drivers not allowing pedestrians to pass.
Additionally, the local school is situated near the driveway, but there is NO traffic light for the children to cross the street.
One might argue that construction work is still underway in this area;
however, isn't it standard practice around the world to provide basic infrastructure and safe roads for the people first before building projects?
Presently, people(e.g. investors or their families) who paid significant sums of money to live in this neighborhood must traverse through dust, mud, and unsafe roads to reach the nearest Metro Station.
Is this acceptable?
I haven't even mentioned the non-existent accessibility for people with disabilities and infrastructure for electric vehicles.
As a potential investor, AN ACCESSIBLE and SAFE infrastructure would be far more crucial to me than the architecture of the buildings... In contrast, Atasehir did not present such issues during my visit.
Overall, this neighborhood does not seem like an appealing living space to me.

I want to tell to the people whom never visited Turkiye, InTurkiye you will never get bored, or without a delicious dishes, and friendly hospitable People, Country is truly unique in every way, so many beautiful shores, from Black Sea, Mediterranean Sea, Aegean Sea, so many very clean blue flag golden sandy beaches, billion dollar sea side resorts (Mardan Palace one) to modest local Hotels for every budget, so much history, so much culture, so much diversity, so many religious people living to gather with different background with so many different oldest churches, mosques, synagogues, yes, all living in harmony, iTurkiye and Turkish people will never stop amazing you, Everyone once in their life time must visit this country and spare at least two weeks even longer to experience it all, we from San Diego California visit Turkiye every 3 years and we have already 5 times. and Turkish Airlines direct flight from Los Angeles to Istanbul is very reasonable and they offer the best accommodations newest planes and food. we will be there this July 15th, will rent a car from Izmir and drive the Turkish Riviera old highway to Antalya and Istanbul ROCKS !! :)
